Saturday, Dec 17 was a busy workout day.....2 hour plus mtn bike ride with craig, charlie and shawn.......took a mid day break to pick up my baby girl at the airport, yeah!....batting and pitching lesson with clint.....followed will and sam joining me at the batting cages......today, taking the snake out for a walk...hopefully, getting alexander out of bed to hit me ground balls and flys.........a little over a month away from camp...lots of work to do....thanks for your support....love, vasi

batting cages today...with the help of my batting coach, clint marcus, my game is looking / batting is looking strong.... ask will, who was mildly impressed with my swing in the cages today....me, very impressed with my swing.....see what the 40 year difference in age can cause? thanks for following and your support....love, vasi

the day for departure has arrived......Off to camp.....with back spasm to boot.....UGH! Hopefully, better by game time Monday....

SF Giants Fantasy Camp for 1/18/11

hey all,

well, a few more days and then i'm off to camp. pretty darn excited. today, i have my individual workout with jimmy at body logic followed by some great chiropractic work by dr. b aka brunner and some infield, outfield and live hitting with vaughn kastor.....all getting this machine as fine tuned as possible for a successful camp and, more importantly, charity event.

SF Giants Fantasy Camp for 1/11

Okay,

This may be hard for some of you to believe but, last Friday, my regular trainer for camp, the great and awesome Jimmy of Body Logic in Westlake, CA, was out of town. Well, the most excellent Bret trained me that day......So, today, he says to me, "were you sore after our work out" Me, "nope" Brett "that's because you're an athlete" Quickly, I let him know he was going to be quoted on my blog. Good work out....tomorrow..Jimmy in the morning, Dr. Brunner doing some Chiropratic work thereafter followed by infield, outfield and live pitching from my baseball trainer, Vaughn Kastor.....seriously, have I lost my mind? Nope, all about finding a cure for CMT and doing whatever it takes to do so....
